Define Settings in VidVee

Hello,

Here, I am going to explain to you about the Settings in VidVee. Click on the settings. Here, you will get the three options: USER, INTEGRATION & SESSIONS.

In the Users settings, you can add or manage your users here. You can select from the User Type – Team & subscriber from the dropdown menu.

Here, you can Add New users to manage your account by using Add New

User button located on the top right corner in the section.

You will be asked to provide the name and email of your users. Then you can assign the role to the user by selecting the User Level. There are 4 users levels are available in the list.

To the Manager level, provide access to top-level privileges like create a project, delete a project, Add video Integration, etc. You will get the details of Privilege access below to options you select like Video marketer, Analyst, Custom.

There is an additional option in this menu titled Custom, and it will allow you to grant privileges as well as a role to the new user.

Once you set up your new user, simply click on Create. Now here you can check the list of all your created Team members along with their Name, Email & assigned role. You will be able to edit and delete them any time as well under the Action Tab.

So, this is all about the Team under Users. Then if you select Subscribers here you can see the list of all subscribers who subscribe to your channel along with their name & email address. You can delete subscribers anytime from Actions.

Then Next is Integration, here you will get the Top best Autoresponders, CRM’s, Webinar platforms & YouTube for integration with the Vidvee.

If you select Autoresponder, it will give you an autoresponder list like: Mailprimo, MailZingo, MailChimp, Lead etc. Choose the autoresponder and then enter its required credentials and click on “Save API Credentials” and your autoresponder will be saved.

Next is CRM, you will integrate with Salesforce, Salesforce IQ by entering the required Consumer Key & Consumer Secret. And API Key, API Secret in Salesforce IQ & click on “Save API Credentials”.

Then “Webinar” here you need to enter the “Go to Webinar” API key and click on “Save API Credentials”

Last but not least is our latest Integration option YouTube. Now you can integrate with YouTube by just entering the API Key.

Now let’s move to another option Sessions. Here, you can get an overview of all the recent activities of your Users with their Name, Email, Activity, Description & Date.
